1) Put the chicken breast with the green onions, minced ginger, garlic and the green onions in a pot and cover with water.
2) Bring it to boil and then simmer for about 1 hour.
3) Remove the chicken breast and drain the broth into a pot.
4) Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the broth and keep it warm.
5) In a separate pot, cook the noodles following the packet instructions.
6) Then, drain the noodles and place them in a medium bowl.
7) Add the broth, the sliced chicken, the boiled egg, the chopped green onions and the bean sprouts.
8) Finally, add a pinch of salt, pistachios and dried cranberries.
