1. Mix the oat flakes, coconut flakes and dried cranberries in a medium bowl.
2. Add milk and let sit for at least 1 hour (it can also be left to stand overnight).
3. Once ready, add the blueberries, apple, walnuts and pistachios.
4. Add the yogurt and mix.
5. Serve in a bowl and top with dried cranberries, fresh cranberries, apple and pistachios.
